I'm glad you're finally selling "Lustmord Nightmares" in digital version.

I'm a Spanish reader, and I've been tempted to buy the printed versions of Wulf and Batsy's adventures since I found in the Internet scanned copies of the Viper Comics Edition, but the shipping costs to Spain prevented me from doing so.

Now I've bought the whole series from Comixology, and I'm enjoying these adventures so much that I've also bought the 5th issue of "Chronicles of Terror", just to see the previously unreleased story.

I'd like to know two things: I've read that W&B also appeared in a magazine called "Zacherley's Midnite Terrors". Are those stories included in the Comixology edition? An the second question is: What has been of that "Captain Bloodclot's Famous Novelties" section that appeared in the Viper Comics edition?

I hope at some point you'll also sell yor new books in digital form (but please, don't let me wait eight years again).

Thanks for creating such interesting characters.

P.S. You made me really smile when, in this 2nd issue, Cevin included Waldemar Daninsky among the famous werewolves. The Spanish actor Paul Naschy created that character, and played his role in a lot of Spanish horror films.

Thank you so much for your wonderful message and feedback!

And thank you also for your dedication - sounds like you are collecting everything Wulf and Batsy! For the record the print editions can always be ordered directly from the printing company: www.indyplanet.us/brands/crypt…

To answer your questions:

All of the Wulf and Batsy stories that appeared in "Zacherley's Midnite Terrors" are collected in the one shot anthology: "Wulf and Batsy in: Scarifying Tales". Which is on ComiXology.

The "Captain Bloodclot" advertisements are a parody of the old fashioned ad-pages that appeared in comic books of the 1950's-1980's, they were still doing ad pages for crazy mail-order novelty items in comics well into my youth. You don't really see them like that in modern comics. Different Captain Bloodclot ads appear in the Wulf and Batsy print editions. I've left them out of the digital ComiXology versions because they just didn't seem to fit that format. Ad-pages are such a throwback to old print comics.

Yes, the newer Wulf and Batsy books (Volume 3: Magnum Orgus and Volume 4: Magnum Orgus 2) will also be released to ComiXology and I promise not to make you wait another 8 years!! Haha. There might be a short break of a few months in between volumes but they will come out in the next year or so.

Thank you for your kind words about my characters. I have many more stories I want to do about them!

Yes, I had to throw in the Waldemar Danisky joke... I have LOVED Paul Naschy for years. His films were very difficult to find here in the U.S. but I was collecting them on bootleg VHS tapes all the way back in the 1990's. I am so happy and thankful that they have become more widespread and easy to acquire in recent years!

Thank you very much for your answers. It is good to know that I won't have to search for those Zacherley's magazines (although it would have been better to already have more Wulf and Batsy's adventures to discover). And please, consider to make a collection with those advertising pages. I knew them well from the Spanish editions of Creepy and Eerie. You would sell one collection at least (to me).

I wish I could collect everything Wulf and Batsy (drawings, t-shirts, old editions, and even the banner!), but for now it is nice to have the digital comics and all those illustrations that you kindly share with us through your website and Deviantart. I have also seen your awsome commissions for Kyle Davis, gently posted by him in Comic Art Fans for us to enjoy (and to envy). Maybe if I'm lucky with the lottery...

Your characters seem interesting to me because they are neither good nor bad, they are survivors, and they are attached to each other only because that helps them to survive (or maybe they have grown to care for each other?....). It happens that Wulf is an unstoppable killing werewolf and Batsy is a sweet and deadly vampire beauty apparently unaware of her sexiness. Well, it's OK, nobody's perfect... Besides, I have learnt from some old interviews how much you have fought to keep these characters going on, and that's another reason to give them my attention. Your effort deserves credit (and adds to their fame of survivors).

Thanks again for the good times I have when I read their adventures. Please, keep them alive (or undead) as long as you can.

It is so great for me to hear from a reader who wants to collect everything Wulf and Batsy. It would be interesting to see a checklist of all available items... Even I have lost track of everything that would be on it. Especially since there have been multiple versions of the comics as they've bounced through different publishing homes (until I finally took charge of it myself in 2008).

The T-shirts are still available for online order. www.teepublic.com/user/BryanBa…

I'm sorry to inform you that the Wulf and Batsy comic book convention banner was thrown out with the garbage just a month ago. It was sitting on my website store (and taking up space in my closet!) for almost 3 years. Over that time at least two hardcore Wulf and Batsy fans expressed interest in it, but nobody would actually buy it. So one day while i was house-cleaning, I decided it would never sell, and just took it out and tossed it in the garbage bin, along with a lot of other old junk that we were getting rid of. Oh well, so long, convention banner.

Kyle Davis has ordered a lot of Wulf and Batsy (mostly Batsy) commissions from me over the years. He is a wonderful loyal fan of my comic.

Thanks for telling me your thoughts on my characters. After all the work I put into making the books it means a lot to hear someone who has read them and thought about them like that.

Thank you so much!!

The "Lustmord Nightmares" storyline is a 6-part story and will update once a month until it is complete.

After that there will be a short break of a couple months... the next storyline is available in printed books but not yet ready for digital upload.
