My all-time favorite dinosaur. Always has been, always will be. It seems like every 1970's dinosaur book I ever owned as a kid would always show Tyrannosaurus Rex with his mouth open, roaring, with a blood-red sky in the background. There was just something so... I don't know... primordial about it. So this was an homage to that childhood vision.
The contrasting colors make this image really stand out!

I'm with you--he's the king. He's the reason I started liking dinosaurs as a kid, as I recall. This sure does him justice, too, and I love the BryanBaugh style of illustrating him. Now we just need to see the sexy, clothing-lacking chick he's chasing...
