My tribute to Re-Animator... one of the best Mad Scientist / Zombie movies ever made. No doubt, anybody who has watched the film will remember the notorious scene which this illustration depicts.

Great film, great picture! I read the book not so long ago.... I couldn't get past Herbert West being blonde in it!

you know i never got to see that scene. i think that specific scene was cut from the version i saw.nonetheless decent movie but would have sucked if not for jeffrey combs.he always plays a weirdo

The original story (by H.P. Lovecraft) is a masterpiece. But I love the film as well and am quite happy they didn't dye Jeffrey Combs's hair blonde! The black hair gives him the look of the true horror icon that he is. He always reminded me of a young Colin Clive!
