Bloody Forest of Sasquatch by BryanBaugh Bloody Forest of Sasquatch by BryanBaugh
Back in 2005, my good friend Josh Howard (creator of the comic book series "Dead at 17") and his publisher (Viper Comics) came out with an anthology trade paperback called "Josh Howard Presents Sasquatch". It was a fat collection of short comics about Sasquatch, with every story being written and illustrated by a different artist. We were given total creative freedom. We could do whatever kind of story we wanted, since the whole point of the book was to showcase many different takes on the Sasquatch legend by many different artists with different styles and sensibilities. Projects like that don't come along often enough. Anyway, here is the story I wrote and illustrated for the book.

This has a Tales of the Crypt feel to it (which I LOVE)...and the moment they mentioned "protective of females" I had an inkling our Sasquatch would be more "human than human".
Got to love the "Beauty and The Beast" style  ending <3

Beautiful girls, peril, monsters in human guise and vice versa...whats NOT to like?:3
On a random note, hope you liked the Conjuring (one of the few horror films that genuinely chilled me):)

Thanks! Have you tried my longer graphic novels? (please forgive my bad memory, if we've discussed them before, it's slipping my mind).
